Our customers are the heart of what we do at SouthWest Water Company. Our mission is to make sure that they have safe, clean water every day for themselves and their families. As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be our direct link to them. Our team members communicate with our customers to answer questions, receive payments, and address concerns by phone, email, and in person at our offices. In order to better serve our customers, we’re always looking for ways to grow and develop our Customer Care team members.
