At SouthWest Water, we’re focused on growth over the long term, not simply quarterly results. Our long-term views allow for strategic thinking throughout the organization, from account reconciliations to financial modeling. As a member of the Accounting and Finance teams you’ll help keep the company on track to meet its expansion and growth goals. 

People gravitate to SWWC from a wide array of industries and functional areas.  Our accountants have backgrounds in traditional GAAP accounting as well as regulatory accounting.  These diverse backgrounds create a diversity of thought that better informs our strategic decisions. Not only do they focus on internal controls, they also participate in acquisition activities, start to finish.

Environmental, Social, and Governance are a key priority for SWWC, and grows in importance in tandem with the company's increasing footprint in the states in which we operate. Our Finance team helps to report on ESG initiatives and serves as the link between multiple functional silos to support our strategic goal of becoming a nationally recognized ESG company.
