Our IT department is dedicated to implementing our vision as a Digital Utility. Through both Information and Operational Technology, we take pride in deploying effective and secure solutions that are customer- and market-facing, internal business-facing, and building platform capability to support organic and inorganic growth.

With over 600,000 residential and business customers in seven states, we are passionate about maintaining awareness of innovative technical developments – whether it’s machine learning, robot process automation, or augmented reality. We leverage these innovations for the benefit of our customers. 

Our team is made up of diverse individuals who work hard but also support each other and have fun doing it. It’s incredibly rewarding to deliver value and make a difference by providing such a precious resource in water to our customers.
