We serve a population of about 300,000 through a water distribution system that covers all or portions of Glendora, Covina, West Covina, La Puente, Hacienda Heights, City of Industry, Whittier, La Mirada, La Habra, Buena Park and unincorporated portions of California's Los Angeles and Orange counties. Purpose of the Job
Is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner. The role may assist with order processing, service information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
