Purpose of the Job
Is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner. The role may assist with order processing, service information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
