Purpose of the Job

The Director of Operations position is intended to provide technical support and direction to the Mechanical Maintenance and Production Departments for water and wastewater divisions. The Director of Operations will develop suggested approaches for completing work, along with methodologies and strategies for completing tasks and present them to the President for approval. The position will also assign tasks and provide direction to members and ensure compliance with State, Federal, and local compliance.

Work Experience

5+ years of directly related experience in operations, including at least three years in a managerial role.
