POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides customer satisfaction by responding to customer service requests.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for daily downloading of all applications and closing account forms from the online portal
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the billing supervisor.
  • Research accounts and compile paperwork for deposit refunds and collection requests. Apply system adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor billing inquiry mailbox and distribute requests to the appropriate person
  • Maintain files for all rate orders/ordinances, amendments, work papers, special calculation instructions, voluntary agreements, special monthly report generation, and special mailing invoices for each district/job assigned.
  • Backup payment coordinator and other roles as assigned.

Work Experience

One to Two years of related experience Computer Skills: Basic Skills & SAP experience is preferred.
